Perfect fit for my 2004 Silverado 1500 Z71 crew cab 5.3l gas. The first time I did the brakes on this truck, I had to buy pads at the dealer because the local parts store fitment catalog was wrong. I was apprehensive buying online from a non-specialty web retailer because of that. There are about six different rear brake configurations. So, I checked the part number on several other sites. It is strange that only two caliper bolts are included. If you are planning the job, get a wire brush and some paint for the bracket. Mine was rusted. One on my carrier pins was stuck so I had to clean the bracket anyway. A good cleaning and a coat of paint made the reassembly a lot more enjoyable.
