I brought as a Christmas gift and they loved itI bought this because of 1. The Color (Burgundy) and 2. I bought another company's model and thought all of the Faux Sheepskin models would look and feel the same - especially since they had pictures that looked liked what I had bought from another company - AND - in all the pictures they have posted for their rugs - all colors - They all LOOK like Faux Sheepskin- RIGHT? - NO NOT AT ALL!(BTW - The Chesserfeld Luxury Faux Fur Sheepskin Rug, Ivory, with Thick Pile - is what I purchased - actually 2 - I went back and bought a bigger one after receiving the 1st one)The Chesserfeld ones are superb and look JUST like real sheepskin (White Rug - Picture on the Right)- HOWEVER - as you can see by the picture - THIS ONE looks like a fake shag rug that you might by at like Target or some discount furniture store - Kind of cheap looking - the pictures on the site ARE NOT AT ALL representative of what the fabric or faux sheepskin REALLY looks like as you can now see.So, If you don't mind the cheap shag look instead of sheepskin look - go for it.OH - and ALSO - Even the backside of the rug as someone said is not that good - On the Chesserfeld ones - the back looks AND EVEN feels like a faux sheepskin hide. OH WELL!!The company worked with me on this rug, it is not snow white but is more of an off white... I put a white fur pillow next to it so you can see the difference. I ordered this rug because it said white, however, I liked it so much that I kept it and am going to get different pillows to go with it. The quality of the rug is nice and fluffy.. make sure you shake it out a bit to get the creases out .... but overall value was there.Very nice and good quality!Not bad for the price,however I'm looking for something of better quality.Will have to spend a bit more to get what I'm looking for.Unhapoy with the return ookucy- was only given 2 days to get to a drop box-office not easy in a rural area.I've had this for several months and a decorative piece, and I'm very happy with the quality. Looks nice for a faux rug.Purchased for around $10-15It is a beautiful shaggy, soft rug. I’m not sure about how easy it is to clean as it just arrived. Though shipping took a long time I was aware it would take weeks - perhaps that’s for the larger size I ordered. Lovely rug though.These look very expensive when you get them they are very nice I got a lot of compliments but do not make the mistake of washing them in a washing machine it will ruin them do it by hand
